    Frequently Asked Questions

    When should I start?

    We recommend beginning the classes in the third month of pregnancy and continuing throughout in order to gain maximum benefit, but it is possible to begin at any point in your pregnancy.

    How do I book?

    Individual classes can be booked online up to 2 weeks in advance and cost £15 per class. Committing to weekly classes is recommended, and a £50 monthly payment plan is available on request.

    Is this suitable for beginners?

    Yes! This class is designed for all pregnant women,

    regardless of any previous yoga experience.

    What do I need to bring?

    No need to bring anything as mats and all equipment are provided.
